​How Do I Place An Order?​

Select an item you would like to purchase and click on "Add to Bag" and when you are ready to complete your purchase click "Checkout". After making any changes to your order, click "Check Out" and complete your order 

 

Payment & Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $6 for shipping & handling and orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL, or Fedex depending on the most efficient delivery method. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email including your order details allowing you to track your order. 

 

After Placing An Order

You will receive and email confirmation shortly after your order has been placed. Once your order has been submitted, we begin processing your order which does not allow any cancellation or any items to be added or removed from the order. 

 

Returns & Refunds

Youth Vision has a no return policy and all sales are final. We only accept returns for product damaged in transit or if an incorrect product was shipped. To be eligible for a refund, fill out the contact page within the first 30 days of the order date including the reason for your return request. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price. We are not responsible for any return shipment fees.

How to Wash

We recommend washing Youth Vision products in cold water and allowing it to air dry in order to keep it in the best quality possible.
